The TEACHERS VS UNION website is a nonpartisan, informational "one-stop-shop" for the latest news and information regarding the cases of Washington v. Washington Education Association, No. 05-1657 and Davenport, et al, v. Washington Education Association, No. 05-1589. This resource site is available for use by the public, all interested parties, and the media at no cost. It is provided as a public service by the Washington state-based Labor Policy Center.
The mission of the Labor Policy Center is to expand worker freedom and advance limited government by advocating for the First Amendment rights of union members.
The Labor Policy Center is a project of the Evergreen Freedom Foundation (EFF), a private, non-profit, public policy research organization in Olympia, Washington. EFF's funding comes from more than 3,300 individual members and various foundational grants. EFF does not accept public funds.
